  1. Practice body & mind in the same place, same time. Full presence in every moment.

  2. Quiet the noise and find your own intuition - what feels right to you?

  3. Appreciate where you are in the process. Don’t focus on the end result.

  4. Have a beginner’s mind. Be open to change and new ways.

  5. Move your body daily and connect deeply to each movement, each muscle, each breath.

  6. Food either nourishes or stresses your body. Choose nourishment.

  7. If you take a wrong step, give yourself grace. Every new breath is an opportunity to begin again.

  8. Don’t resist the flow, it will find you if you do all of the above.
