Initial Interview & Recommendations

First session to review your comprehensive medical history, current symptoms, eating & movement patterns, and health goals. During this session, I will also provide a healing protocol with testing, diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.

Reassessment & Tailored Protocol

At the end of each healing protocol, we will complete an in-depth reassessment with follow-up paperwork and testing. You will also receive a set of tailored recommendations to address any remaining barriers and symptoms so you can continue progressing towards your goals.

Ongoing Support

Throughout the duration of your healing protocol, you will have access to 1-on-1 coaching sessions to monitor progress and maintain accountability with unlimited email and messaging access to address any questions or obstacles.

  • Healing irregularities in female menstrual cycles (amenorrhea, long/short cycles, PMS, PCOS)

  • Restoring proper metabolism and blood sugar regulation

  • Using yoga philosophy, meditation, and intentional movement to address deep-seeded behaviors and beliefs
